LIZARD I, THE FIRST COMPUTER PROCESSOR MEXICAN

In México not designed computers or systems operating, all are imported. But, the situation is to change, why engineers of National Polytechnic Institute (IPN) developed Lizard I, The First Computer Processor Mexican, which open path toward the generation of CPU´s Mexican.
The problem of hardware and software of the computer equipment is that anyone says not contain “rear doors” allowing the access personal data or business. The main quality of processor Lizard I designed in the Center of Investigation in computing (CIC) of IPN to be fully insurance and will prevent the filtration the information.
Leader of draft Marco Antonio Ramírez Salinas, Professor of CIC, he explained that lizard I is the first of two processor embedded projected for 2015 and 2016, which they are now used for the investigation and teaching in the mastery in Engineering Sciences Computing, with the purpose to generate human resources highly specialized and over term these processors occur.
Lizard I have an architecture typo RISC a (Computer with Instruction Set Reduced) based in the processor MIPS with some modifications, running a set of instructions of 32 bits operating on data 32 bit.
Lizard I it has been modeling in RTL (Register Tranfer Leve) using a language of description of Hardware called Verilog, which is used for describe complex digital systems to high level of abstraction, such as ALUs, (arithmetic unit logic) records and memories.

Also is a architecture segmented in seven stages: search and extraction of instructions, decoding, reading of records, execution, advance of values, writing results and access to data memory, detailed the doctor in architecture and technology of computers.

Microlattice the invention of the year


The Boeing Company has presented a material that promises to revolutionize the aeronautical world, it is the Microlattice. The entire structure was basically 99.99% air.
The microlattice is a 3D open-cellular polymer structure and can often be compared to something like a bone structure. In the bone structures, the outside of the bone is very rigid, but on the inside it’s actually mostly hollow where you basically have an open-cellular structure and they aren’t easily crushed yet lightweight at the same time.

Microlattice is one of the strongest and lightest materials known to science, if you want to look at just proprieties in general, then one would be compression in the sense of energy absorption, and then the second would be lightweight in terms of having very hollow tubes.
Let’s say you have the egg drop challenge where you need to drop an egg from 25 floors and protect that egg. You would probably wrap it in a many layers of bubble wrap and then drop it and hope for the best. But when they can do is back design the microlattice to absorb the force that the egg fells. Instead of having an egg that’s wrapped in 3 feet of bubble wrap, now you have a much smaller package that your egg can sit in.

Scientists discovered by accident possible cancer vaccine



By chance, the researchers found that proteins of malaria can kill Cancer cells.

Scientists of Copenhagen University, Dinamarca and British Columbia Almost by accident discovered a cure for cancer realizing that malaria proteine can be effective in combating the disease of our century, Russia stands this day.

The explanation is that the carbohydrate that enables the malaria parasite is attached to the placenta of pregnant women is the same as one that is in the. Cancer cells. Carbohydrate in turn, ensures the rapid growth of the placenta and serves the same function in cancer cells.

The research on the surprising similarities has gone on for a long period of time, in a few months this organ can grow out from a few until cells reach a weight of about one kilogram , says All Salanti from Copenhagen University. So the placenta provides the embryo oxygen and food similar to what happens in the cells.


Researchers hope to testing in humans in the next four years, since studies could advance the discovery of a cure for cancer.
